What we collect
When you apply, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, LinkedIn URL if you share one, your resume if you upload one, and everything you write during the interview conversation. We also record basic technical information (such as IP address) used only to prevent abuse of the application system.
How the AI interview works
Your interview is conducted by an AI assistant. After the conversation ends, the AI produces an internal written summary and assessment to help our team review your application. Every hiring decision is made by a person who reads your actual conversation — the AI never decides anything on its own, and its assessment is advisory only.
How we use your information
We use what you share solely to evaluate your application and to contact you about it. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Your data is stored and processed by the service providers that run this site: Vercel (hosting and file storage), Supabase (database), and Anthropic (the AI model behind the interview, accessed via Vercel AI Gateway). Resumes are stored privately and are only accessible to our hiring team.
How long we keep it
We keep application records for up to two years so we can consider you for future roles, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
To request a copy of your data, ask for deletion, request an accommodation, or request a human-led interview instead of the AI conversation, email us at careers@peluva.com. We're happy to do any of these — none of them will hurt your application.
